Despite the downpours of rain throughout the afternoon (we ducked beneath the many large umbrellas at Campus Martius Park and chatted until the rain subsided) - we had a marvelous time. New players, Doug from Detroit; and Jessica from Wyandotte, joined us, along with Marcus and his younger brother Brandon. All played very well - the ground drained quickly from the water - and we had a full afternoon of boule.
