Petanque Cubes - Why Not?
When is a boule not a boule? when it is a cube!
Here we see a variation of pétanques carrés being played on the street in St. Martin de Vesubie which appears to be near Cannes and Nice. I think the cochonnet is also a miniature cube.

I have a set of these. Let me know (anyone) when you're ready! I have at least 2 games under my belt with them! ;-) I can't decide if the randomness is there, but I'm willing to give it yet another try. But it's more fun just getting together and having a good time! --Joe, MPC!!!
