Ice Rink Being Installed at Campus Martius Park

Winter approaches, and before long, there will be skaters whizzing around what was once (still is, beneath all of that styrofoam!) the North Lawn at Campus Martius Park. Work crews are busy installing the rink sections, and so far they have the entire lawn covered. Next will come the side walls and refrigerant tubing. As such, the usual spot where we play is off-bounds. That's okay, because we can all play in the gravel path area just South of au bon pain.

How hard could it be to match DPC's point? This is their first winter season afterall. MPC has a strong feel for those slippery pistes... I drop my cap in respect for those DPC members that try to best us.... ;-)
