Certainly! We have two petanque clubs in Michigan:
Detroit Petanque Club
Michigan Petanque Club
and we teach/play petanque during the work week at Campus Martius Park (in Detroit) so that during lunchtime, we can do more than just sit at our desks and eat.
I (Jeff) bring about 6 sets of boules so you just show up and play.
