Joe reported to me about a few improvements that we can make regarding our future tournaments:
1) Establishment of the tournament under unanimously accepted guidelines.
2) Posting of the number of games to be played, as well as how the scoring is to be performed.
3) Posting scoreboards at each terrain to allow everyone to know the progression of the game.
We are in the works to have a club Sports Event Director assigned to organize all of our future tournaments. This will create a clear, fair, and accepted format for all. Also, we will be constructing enough scoreboards for all games being played (Jeff will make some more of those "cochonnet-style boards").I hope everyone had a pretty good time on Sunday. We're sorry if you felt things didn't run smoothly. We always try to do our very best to ensure people have fun and things run fairly.

Brigitte and I had a good time at our first tounament on Sunday, despite all the issues. My team won 0 games and gave up 39 points.
I think that Joe and Jeff are taking the right steps to avoid issues at future tournaments. By getting input, establishing the rules up front, and publishing them on the website prior to a tournament, everyone's expectations will be set and nobody should have cause to complain afterwards.
