Let's do it again soon!

A huge thank-you to the Michigan and Detroit clubs for hosting the June Midwest Petanque Tournament. A beautiful day, in an excellent location, organized by a smooth-running tournament commitee. The "petanque people" here in Chicago had a fun time. We're all looking forward to our next meet.

Thanks again,
Chicago Petanque Club

Thanks Dan!

Organizing & running different types of tournaments is good for all of us as many members are not used to the different formats that are used around the world.

I'm glad Dawid and you can lend us advice on constructing future tournaments.

It certainly was a boost to the matches that so many from Chicago took the time and expense of driving up to Detroit and we appreciate it.

It is great that just a couple of years ago there was not even so much as a whisper of "petanque" in the Midwest, and now we have the makings of a strong community of boulists.

This year, we'll really build up interest with our sport as clubs from Detroit, Chicago, Royal Oak, Minneapolis, Saugatuck and others spread the word.

See you soon,

Jeff.
